The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Estimator to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering accurate and timely sales estimates while ensuring the highest level of service and attention to detail for our clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate sales estimates for tenders and contracts across single- and double-storey home designs.
• Obtain quotes and pricing for variations.
• Prepare and present tender documentation to clients.
• Conduct quality checks on all documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales estimating role within the residential building industry.
• Strong knowledge of Rescode and the Building Code.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Solid understanding of construction techniques, terminology, and costs, with the ability to explain them in simple terms.
• Competence with software systems, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and issues simultaneously.
• Strong grasp of workflow stages in the volume home building industry from Sales Accept through to Construction.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
