The Role

Are you fluent in Power BI and speak DAX like it’s your second language? Do Excel formulas roll off your fingers like poetry? We’re looking for a Business/Data Analyst to take the lead on reporting across the AHB Group, someone who can turn raw data into real decisions and help us keep things running smoother than a perfectly scheduled build.

Reporting to the General Manager – IT & Systems, you’ll be at the centre of our data operations. From beautiful dashboards to behind-the-scenes automation, this role covers it all.

What You'll Be Doing

Designing, building, and maintaining Power BI dashboards

Creating and refining Excel-based reports

Extracting and analysing business data to support decision-making

Developing pixel-perfect reports using Crystal Reports

Automating report distribution

Tackling data-related ad hoc tasks that come your way

Your Toolkit Should Include

Power BI (including DAX not just the basics)

Advanced Excel (think dynamic arrays, not just SUM)

SQL

Crystal Reports

Nice to have:

Microsoft Fabric

BusinessCraft

Microsoft Dataflows

Microsoft Dataverse

Microsoft Power Automate

What We’re Looking For

Sharp attention to detail

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement

Able to work independently but not afraid to ask the right questions

A good sense of structure and maybe even humour

Experience That Helps

Degree in IT or similar (preferred), OR 3+ years of experience in a similar role

Experience in construction or residential building? Even better

Work Setup

This role is full-time, based in our Derrimut office. Flexibility is available once you’ve shown you can run your own show.
