Victoria’s second largest builder is looking for talented marketer who can deliver effective outcomes and drive business results.

 In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery of marketing initiatives and strategies across our group of companies. It’s a fast-paced environment so it’s not for the faint hearted! You will be working across multiple home building businesses with a team of seasoned marketing professionals, giving you plenty of scope for learning and growth. To make the most of this role you will be driven and have understanding of the marketing fundamentals that will assist the growth of our business.

This is a 6 months maternity leave role with a possibility of another 6 months extension.

About the Work You’ll be Doing:

• Campaign development and implementation
• Assist with the development and implementation of the brand strategy including of marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
• Delivering internal and external communications
• Liaise & manage external consultants/agencies to deliver marketing requirements.
• Manage media bookings & creative production
• Delivery of marketing requirements for display home delivery program
• Coordination and management of events, launches and conferences
• Craft clear and engaging written content, including blogs, articles and marketing copy
• Internal stakeholder engagement
• Assist with budgeting, campaign calendar and annual marketing plans.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.

Qualifications & experience

• Qualifications in Marketing or Communications degree
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role (construction industry experience highly preferred)
• Superior attention to detail and proof-reading skills
• Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Advanced computer skills including excel, word, and outlook
