AHB Group is one of Australia’s leading home builders, and we’re on the lookout for a Recruitment Advisor who’s ready to shake things up and help us build not just homes, but careers.

What’s the gig?

As the Recruitment Advisor, you’ll be the go-to person for all things hiring. You’ll partner with hiring managers, craft killer job ads (like this one!), source top talent, and make sure every candidate has an awesome experience. From Site Managers, Drafts-people, and Project Coordinators to other legendary roles within the business, you’ll help build a workforce that’s as strong as the homes we create.

This is a full time, office role based in Derrimut. You will report to the Chief Talent Officer, who will nurture your strengths and help develop your career as a Talent Professional.

What you’ll be doing:

✔️ Managing end-to-end recruitment – from role briefing to offer stage (and everything in between). 
✔️ Sourcing like a pro – using LinkedIn, job boards, and good ol’ fashioned networking.
✔️ Partnering with hiring managers to understand what (and who) they really need.
✔️ Keeping our talent pipeline full of A+ candidates.
✔️ Making sure every candidate walks away feeling great – whether they get the job or not.
✔️ Working on cool projects like employer branding, recruitment marketing, and process improvements.

What we need from you:

✅ Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.

✅ A love for people, process, and problem-solving.

✅ Killer communication skills – you know how to engage candidates and hiring managers alike.

✅ Experience using an ATS (bonus points if you’ve wrangled hiring managers into using it too).

✅ The ability to juggle multiple roles at once – we’re fast-paced, and we love it.

✅ A team player attitude – we win together.

✅ Administration and coordination skills second to none.

✅ Not scared of being visible internally and externally (as well as on socials)

✅ Pick up the phone first attitude, rather than hide behind an email.
