We are now looking to add another Accounts Payable Officer to our Finance team.

This role is full time, based in our Derrimut Head Office. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Duties and Responsibilities

You will look after:

• Commissions
• Fines
• Invoicing
• Credit cards
• and other adhoc areas as required

The tasks you will carry out regularly are:

• Invoice data entry/creation
• General ledger and jobs allocation
• Credit card allocation
• Payments and remittance
• Reporting

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience and skills as follows:

• Experience in the same or similar role
• General Microsoft Office skills and experience
• Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency 
• Volume/fast paced booking experience will be highly regarded
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Disciplined & consistent, with a “can-do” attitude
• Enthusiasm to get involved within a thriving culture
