We are now establishing a Business Improvement team that will focus on maintaining cost efficiency, supporting financial decision-making, and upholding the company’s commitment to delivering quality homes within budget.

Reporting to the Business Improvement Manager, as an Estimator / Cost Analyst you will play a critical role in business partnering with different departments and leaders to:

• Carry out cost approval, verification, and analysis of Extra Costs 
• Budget Tracking and Reporting
• Documentation, Compliance , and Conducting audits
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders 
• Execute process improvement initiatives

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in an estimating role with a minimum of 5 years experience in the volume residential building space in Australia.
• Competency with estimating and building software
• Understand construction, techniques, terminology, and costs and be able to communicate this in Layman's terms.
• Ability to proactively drive an outcome by working collaboratively with both internal & external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of workflow stages in the volume Home building industry from Sales Acceptance to Construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
