About You:

As the BOQ Manager at AHB Group, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of project cost estimations. Leading a team of 2, you will be responsible for estimating the costs of New and Standard Product designs as well as the projects under our display home program and creating our Estimating manual.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant post-secondary qualifications 
• BOQ Estimating experience a MUST
• Highly developed computer literacy skills
• Able to prioritise and handle a large work-load
• A strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in the Residential Construction industry a must
