We’re seeking an experienced Service & Warranty Supervisor with a background in volume home building and strong people skills.

This role would service the Northern and Western Suburbs.

THE ROLE :

1. Conduct and perform New Home Service & Warranty Inspections
2. Preparation of inspection reports and service requests
3. Identify, assess, and resolve building defects
4. Liaise with relevant stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and trades
5. Support and assist Service and Warranty admins and Technicians
6. Provide quality customer experience & focus

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, ATTRIBUTES

1. Proven experience from a Service & Warranty function (Maintenance )
2. Sound knowledge of VBA guidelines and construction process
3. Well-rounded skillset
4. Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
5. CERT IV in building and construction is highly regarded
6. Australian Drivers License
