We are growing and so is our Warranty team, so we find ourselves now looking for an experienced Warranty Supervisor to join us make our customers dream come true.
This role would service the Northern and Western Suburbs.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and coordinate warranty inspections, defect assessments, and rectification works.
- Ensure all works comply with Building Act 1993 (Vic), Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995 (Vic), and relevant codes/standards.
- Prepare and issue clear work orders, scope of works, and rectification schedules to subcontractors and trades.
- Monitor and report on progress of warranty works to ensure timely completion within set service level agreements
- Ensure warranty works are carried out in compliance with statutory obligations, Australian Standards (AS 3740, AS 3958, etc.), and NCC requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in company systems
- Prepare reports on recurring defect trends, subcontractor performance, and warranty cost analysis for management.
- Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
What you’ll Bring
Certificate IV or Diploma in Building & Construction (preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in construction supervision, with at least 3 years in warranty/defect
Sound knowledge of VBA requirements, NCC (BCA), and Australian Standards.
Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and White Card.
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
CERT IV in building and construction is highly regarded
